How We Do It
Each project is different, but there is s process we follow in order to ensure that the graphic design services you get from us deliver the kind of high quality artwork you would expect.
1. Briefing
The first step in any project is a needs analysis. The initial brief will tell us who you are, what you are trying to achieve and give us a good idea of your expectations. We will find out how much time you have, what you are looking for in terms of colors, and
After each brief we draw up a quote and a project plan. The project plan helps finalize the project and gives the client confirmation of what will be delivered along with timescales.
2. Ideation
This is the process of generating ideas for you. We will normally come back with colors a few designs, a selection of fonts and other tools to help you start deciding on the best look and feel for your new project. At this stage everything is upto you to decide what the end product will look like. You can also send us links to things that you have seen that you would like incorporated into your new design.
3. Development
Once we have a few ideas, we will present these to you. This is where we start whittling things down to a few selections of colors & shapes that will eventually form the basis for the new design. We remain in constant contact with you via our online interface to ensure that what we are designing for you meets your needs.
4. Final Touches
Once we have decided on the various elements that will form the basis of your new project, we will work on refining the designs including the feedback we got from you. At this point we are focused on ensuring that the end result meets your initial brief.
Once we are done, we will upload the finished work to a password protected area of our site for you to download. You artwork is also delivered to you in vector format so that you can use it for whatever purposes you need
5. Staying In Touch
We strive for long term partnerships with our clients and just because the project is complete, it doesn’t mean we will disappear!
